Our mezcal is made exclusively from wild cuishe agave, a rare and prized variety that grows naturally in the UNESCO-protected Tehuacán-Cuicatlán Biosphere. Unlike cultivated agave, wild cuishe takes years longer to mature, developing complex flavors that reflect the unique terroir of the region.
